TERMS OF SERVICE

General Info
All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD). Prices may be subject to change over time as I improve as an artist.By commissioning me, you, the client, agree to these terms of service. I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason, without the obligation to disclose the reason for the rejection.You must be at least 18 years old to commission me. If necessary, I may ask for proof of age, such as an ID (with personal information obscured if preferred). If you are under 18, your parent or guardian must place the order on your behalf.

Quality Disclaimer
Please note that all suits may have minor asymmetry or imperfections, such as slight fur misalignment or imperfections in gluing. These are not considered defects unless they cause visible rips, popped seams, or issues that affect the wearer's comfort.If you encounter any issues with your suit, please contact me within 30 days of receiving it. I will do my best to resolve any concerns and ensure your satisfaction.

Quotes
For a quote, please provide a clear, unshaded reference or drawing of the character you'd like me to create. Multiple angles are recommended to ensure accuracy.If you have specific fabric preferences, be sure to inform me at the time of your quote request so I can factor these into the pricing. If no fabric preferences are provided, I will select swatches and colour-match to the best of my ability.

Credit and Use of Work
I reserve the right to showcase your completed commission on my social media platforms and/or portfolio as a reference for future clients.If you prefer to remain anonymous (i.e., not credited for commissioning the work), please let me know explicitly. Otherwise, I will assume that I can credit you as the commissioner.You are not required to credit me when sharing photos of the completed commission, but credit is appreciated. Please do not claim the work as your own. If your commission is refurbished or modified by another maker, it must be acknowledged that the original work was created by me.

Communication
Communication will take place through email, Instagram DMs, Discord, or Telegram. During the commission process, I will ask for clarifications on details, materials, and other specifics to ensure your project meets your expectations.If you'd like to make any changes to the design during the process, don't hesitate to let me know! I am happy to accommodate changes, provided they do not interfere with already-ordered materials.Communication will be strictly business-related. I maintain personal boundaries and expect the same level of respect from my clients.

Payment & Turnaround
I accept payment via direct bank transfer. The quoted price does not include shipping fees, which will be calculated separately.I offer flexible payment plans! The down payment will cover the cost of materials, but the rest can be arranged based on your preferences.In the unlikely event that I cannot complete your commission, I will issue a refund, minus the cost of materials already purchased or progress already completed.If you are located in Melbourne, Australia, I can personally deliver your commission to you at a local furry event or meet-up. Feel free to discuss this option with me!While I cannot guarantee specific turnaround times, I will provide regular updates on the status of your commission. Feel free to check in for progress updates at any time.
